Our Story

Built Around a Long Table

Benco Provisions is a locally owned coffee shop, bakery, and kitchen in Wimberley, Texas, built on the idea that good food should be simple, filling, and made with intention.

Inspired by old-world provision stores and American homestead kitchens, we focus on quality ingredients, scratch baking, and food that sticks with you — whether you’re grabbing a morning coffee, meeting friends for lunch, or fueling up before a Hill Country adventure. This is a place to slow down, eat well, and feel at home.

The Beginning

It Started with a Biscuit

The recipe came from a kitchen we grew up in — buttermilk, butter, flour, and a careful hand. We figured if a biscuit could gather a family on a Sunday morning, maybe it could gather a town, too.

So we found a building on Ranch Road 12, painted the walls the color of cream, and set the long table for whoever wandered in.

A Note from the Family

"Hospitality is just a fancy word for love at the table. We try to keep it simple."

What We Believe

Three Things, Kept Close

- 01

Made By Hand

Every loaf, biscuit, and pie comes out of our ovens. Nothing arrives in a truck and pretends.

- 02

Welcomed In

Every loaf, biscuit, and pie comes out of our ovens. Nothing arrives in a truck and pretends.

- 03

rooted Here

Wimberley is home. We source close, hire close, and try to make a place worth walking to.
